Common questions
Who is SurePoint Couriers?
SurePoint Couriers LLC is a United States same-day business courier company. We hire 1099 independent contract drivers for local metro deliveries using their own vehicle (under 10,001 lbs GVWR, no CDL). Drivers apply on this site. This site is for driver applications only — not customer booking, not freight brokerage software, and not restaurant food delivery.
Where do I apply to drive for SurePoint Couriers?
Apply on this site using the form above. After you submit (with license front and insurance files), we email a link to finish your profile. Your contractor agreement is emailed after you upload your W-9. If a page or listing uses a similar name but sends you somewhere else, that is not SurePoint Couriers LLC.
What kind of work do SurePoint Couriers drivers do?
Same-day business deliveries in major U.S. metros — documents, parts, lab materials, print runs, and similar B2B packages. You see pay upfront, accept only the offers you want, and there are no shifts or quotas. This is not restaurant food delivery and not oilfield or industrial staffing.
Can I book a delivery on this site?
No. This is a driver application site only — not for customer booking or quotes.
Do I need a CDL?
No. Sedans, SUVs, minivans, pickups, and cargo vans under 10,001 lbs GVWR qualify, with no CDL required. Box trucks are not accepted.
Is this 1099 or W-2?
1099 independent contractor. You’re not an employee and can drive for other companies.
How does pay work?
Pay is shown upfront on every offer. You’re paid after each completed delivery.
Apply to drive
Takes a few minutes. Upload a photo of the front of your driver’s license and your insurance declarations page (or a letter from your insurance agent) with this form. After you submit, we email a link to finish your profile (W-9 and vehicle details). Your contractor agreement is emailed after your W-9 is uploaded.
Before we can dispatch you on a paid delivery, you must carry commercial auto insurance, or a personal auto policy that expressly covers paid delivery / courier work (a delivery or hire-and-reward endorsement). Your limits must be at least $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident / $50,000 property damage, or $300,000 combined single limit (or your state’s minimum, if higher). A personal policy without a delivery or courier endorsement does not qualify, even if it meets state minimums. Many personal policies exclude paid delivery, so please confirm your coverage with your insurer.
With this application, upload your policy declarations page showing that coverage, or a letter from your insurance agent confirming it. A regular insurance ID card is not enough. We still verify coverage before your first dispatch. Your contractor agreement is emailed after your W-9 is on file.
On the COI, list SurePoint Couriers LLC as the certificate holder only. Do not list SurePoint as a named insured. Additional insured is optional and not required to get verified.
This eligibility rule is under our independent contractor agreement (Section 4.3). Until your insurance is verified for dispatch, you will not receive job offers.
